Refund policy

At High Profile Auto Care, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by use, misuse, or improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used chemicals, soaps, compounds, polishes, coatings, dressings, or other liquid products
  • Used brushes, pads, towels, applicators, or detailing accessories
  • Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
  • Gift cards

Shipping & Handling

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Authorization

To start a return, please call us at (505) 382-2058 or email ainsley@hpautocare.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Order Refusals & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable, any refund issued will be reduced by the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.
